Future Leader Program is an exclusive platform for young entrepreneurs and future leaders. The program is designed for ambitious individuals between the ages of 17 and 23 who want to develop their leadership, strengthen their entrepreneurial mindset, and build a strong network for the future.
A new edition of the program begins every October, and applications are open from June to August.
Future Leader Program is designed to inspire and support young talents who want to drive innovation and create new opportunities. We offer inspiring days filled with workshops, networking opportunities, and personal mentorship. You’ll also have the chance to hear from some of Sweden’s most prominent leaders and entrepreneurs, providing you with valuable knowledge and inspiration for the future.
Throughout the program, you will gain insights and experiences from some of Sweden’s most prominent leaders, entrepreneurs, and business profiles. The lectures provide new perspectives on leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
Future Leader Program is as much about the people you meet as the knowledge you gain. Participants build strong relationships with ambitious peers while also connecting with leaders and entrepreneurs from the business world.
Through case-based exercises and reflection sessions, participants develop strategic thinking and the ability to turn ideas into action. The program concludes with the presentation of an individual business plan that reflects each participant’s journey and future ambitions.
Leadership is not only about innovation and business — it is also about responsibility. In this module, we explore the connection between market economy, democratic values, and the role businesses play in society. We discuss sustainability, social responsibility, and how future leaders can contribute to strengthening open and free societies.
Gain a comprehensive view of the business landscape – from legal frameworks to strategic leadership. We delve into the CEO’s responsibilities, the role of the board, the function of auditors, as well as fundamental business law and corporate governance. This module provides the insights needed to make informed decisions at the highest level.
No leader achieves success alone. In this concluding module, we focus on how to build long-term business relationships and communicate ideas, visions, and solutions with confidence and impact. Participants will develop their personal sales and networking skills while strengthening their ability to build meaningful professional connections.
The program concludes with an examination reflecting each participant’s development journey.
Strong brands are built from within. In this module, we explore how leaders can shape a company culture that attracts, engages, and builds trust — both internally and externally. We take a deeper look at the role communication plays in creating credibility, influence, and long-term impact.
